The brief

Four tours back to back: Summer ’24 festivals, the Fall ’24 US run, the Sex Hysteria NA and EU tours, then Jingle Ball, SXSW and Extra Innings. The rig had to work at a 10,000-cap festival one night and a 900-cap club the next.

The design

A small set of signature looks that hold up at festival scale and in a club. Timecode runs the singles; the rest is busked so the set can change night to night. The palette stays narrow, so the few full-saturation moments stand out.

The technical

Programmed the full lighting network, so the rig could be re-patched into a house package in under an hour. One show file covered festival, theatre and arena without a rebuild. I called followspots and handled cue integration myself.
